**TERMS OF SALE & OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MY ARTWORK & GRAPHICS**


 You must agree to all of my terms of sale before I send out any web set package, blog-set, auction template, about me page, banners or any graphic art work. These same terms apply after the final sale as well. Please read carefully, thank you!

For Web-Set Graphics:
  • As a graphic designer, I only supply you with graphics you need for your web site. My services do not include web hosting, maintenance, setting up your graphics, choosing your web host or supplying you with a shopping cart. I do not offer tech support for your web host. Basically, in lamens terms, I draw pretty pictures to make your website pretty. I dont have any affilaition with webhosting, registery, domains, any of that kind of stuff, *only* graphics. If you have technical questions regarding your web host it is the responsibility of your web host, as I only provide graphics for you. I am no longer offering advice or recommendations for web hsoting services. It is up to you to reserach web hosting companies to see which best suits your needs.





  • If you are purchasing a pre-designed web set, please allow up to 5 days for me to customize your set and send it to you. If you would like a particular font, please let me know BEFORE I design. If you want anything changed after the sale, I do charge a revision fee. I do not send any service without full payment in advance.


    For Auction template:
    When you purchase an auction template from me, it is *only* to be used as an auction template. Meaning, you cannot take that the template code and use it for your website, or your About Me page or any other site outside of eBay. However, if you would like to use the log to put on your blog or anywhere else, this is totally fine with me, as long as YOU are hosting it. I will not host the logo off eBay!. If I see the template code being used outside of it's intended use, the template will be disabled and it will no longer work.

    By purchasing an auction template, you are agreeing to my "Terms Of Sale".

    • I own the rights to the background graphics and HTML code, and they may not be used for any other purpose other than an auction template, including but not limited to "About Me" pages, web sets and/or eBay Storefronts, business cards, stationary, shipping lables, or any other printed material. Those are purchased seperatly. In other words, when you buy a template from me, you are not to use the backgrounds or Logos or ANY graphic for anything else but the auction template.

    • You may also not "mix and match" graphics from one template to another.

    • ALL graphics are hosted by me and this is not to change.

    • **Please allow up to 4 (four) days to recieve your auction template. **

    • Graphics may not be sold, givin away, altered in any way or shared with anyone. My copyright logo must remain on all eBay auction Templates. Prices and terms are subject to change at any givin time without notice.

    • To protect my work, I do not send any banner, logo, or button (all that involves customization) blank. If you at any time need to change you business name or decide you would like a different font style, font color, or text placement, email me.

    • If you want anything changed in the template (such as a different font in your banner, business name, or different graphics of any kind AFTER the sale has been completed I do charge a revision fee, so please let me know if you want anything changed BEFORE I make and send your template.

    • Due to the nature of my business, all sales are final & I do not offer refunds.

      General Terms:

    • Please also note that each computer system and monitor can produce different results in color, size and quality of your graphics, therefore may look different from computer to computer and I cannot be responsible for this.


    • Any web set that you would like modified or added onto after your initial approval and payment is subject to an additional charge.


    • Due to the nature of my business, all sales are non-refundable


    • Graphics may not be sold, given away for free, altered in any way or shared with anyone. My credit logo must be displayed somewhere on your HOME page.


    • To protect my work, I do not send any banner or logo(all that involves customization) blank. However I will send you a blank button for your webset if requested. If you at any time need to change you business name or decide you would like a different font style, font color, or text placement, please email me.


    • Once you have purchased a webset from me, approved the webset, and payment has been sent, the sale is final. I do not buy back any web sets you have purchased. I DO NOT allow the re-sale of ANY of my work. All my work is to be purchased from me and only me. As mentioned before, I do not sent any of my work blank and this is to protect my work. If, at any time you would like something changed (i.e. the font of your banner or logo, the background colors, the orientation, change of business name (any change at all) after your approval and your payment, I charge a revision fee. All fees would be different, so please email me.
    • Prices and terms are subject to change at any given time without notice.


    • I own the rights to all pre-designed graphics. For Auction Templates: pre-designed templates are only to be used on your auction template and nowhere else, including printing. If you're interested in having those graphics anywhere else other than your auction template, please email me. The only exception is custom designs. In this case, you are purchasing the FULL rights to the graphics and can do with them what you please, including printing.


    • Designs By Eleasa is not responsible for any copyright infringement on any business name, business slogan or graphics submitted by you. Creative consultation is available for your business name, slogan, web site design, etc for additional charges, please contact me for details. Your business name will appear exactly as you type it to me, as I copy and paste it. So please make sure it is correctly spelled and in the correct orientation.
