I will create your logo upon purchase and email you the code for the template. Then you just have to copy and paste, upload your pictures and you're all set! By purchasing this auction template, you are agreeing to my "Terms Of Sale".

  • I own the rights to the background graphics and HTML code, and they may not be used for any other purpose other than an auction template, including but not limited to "About Me" pages, web sets and/or eBay Storefronts, business cards, stationary, shipping lables, or any other printed material. Those are purchased seperatly. In other words, when you buy a template from me, you are not to use the backgrounds or Logos or ANY graphic for anything else but the auction template.

  • You may also not "mix and match" graphics from one template to another.

  • ALL graphics are hosted by me and this is not to change.

  • **Please allow up to 4 (four) days to recieve your auction template. In most cases it shouldn't take this long, however due to my full time business, some days are busier than others and it could take up to that long. In most cases you will receive your template within the same day of purchase. **

  • Graphics may not be sold, givin away, altered in any way or shared with anyone. My copyright logo must remain on all eBay auction Templates. Prices and terms are subject to change at any givin time without notice.

  • To protect my work, I do not send any banner, logo, or button (all that involves customization) blank. If you at any time need to change you business name or decide you would like a different font style, font color, or text placement, email me.

  • If you want anything changed in the template (such as a different font in your banner, business name, or different graphics of any kind AFTER the sale has been completed I do charge a revision fee, so please let me know if you want anything changed BEFORE I make and send your template.

  • Due to the nature of my business, all sales are final & I do not offer refunds.

    Q. Where do you get the graphics and HTML you use?
    A. Well, a combination of many things. All of the vintage & antique pictures I use are royalty free images, meaning they have NO copyright on them. Any non vintage/antique pictures I use are royalty free stock photos. I would not, or EVER, use someones else graphics they created, or steal someone else's logo, picture or graphics and use them as mine. I would never put you, the customer, in a predicament of using someone elses stolen copyrighted graphics, that could potentially shut your eBay listings or website down & cause you a hassle. You will never have to worry about copyright infringement with me or if I stole anyone elses graphics, EVER. This is dishonest, against my moral, and would be an insult to the hard work of the original designer.

    A lot of the graphics I use, are pictures that I took with my own camera from my own items, and made into graphics. Most of my backgrounds are made by hand with photoshop, if they weren't photographed by me. All HTML is written by me, by hand. I don't use any program to generate code. This includes all my template codes and my website.
